MTL ADMISSION PROCESS

This application process applies only to students desiring to enter the MTL Online Program.

Three-Step application process:  

1. APPLY
Fill out the University's Online Application Form.  You will complete the Graduate Student form. Using the pull-down menu, choose your planned course of study or your planned area of graduate study as Teacher Leadership - Online Program MA.  You must be admitted to the University before you can be admitted to the MTL program. Questions about applying to the University may be directed to (217) 206-6130.

2. SEND TRANSCRIPTS
Prior to granting admission, the University must have official copies of all of your academic transcripts on file. Depending upon the number of colleges/universities previously attended, some applicants have found this can take up to three months, so plan to have this information directed to the UIS Office of Enrollment Services early in the application process. This means you must send UIS official transcripts of each school you have attended.  You may send them to:

3. COMPLETE PERSONAL DATA FORM
